Sometimes, we’d go flying over the Sea…in its vast blueness, we’d get lost in its entirety… and somehow find what we were looking for in the first place. Our Selves.
We’d fly out over the ocean and descend from the clouds. The view of the Sun on the horizon and the blue sea stretching for miles… with the puffy white clouds hanging above – as if a painting… was breathtaking.
We’d fly down low… in a smooth arch till our finger tips could touch the calm blue surface that seemed the definition of serenity itself. We’d allow our finger tips to part the Sea… as shining rays of Sun twinkled on the ripples we made… a dip in the Sea… just the fingertips as we flew down low hovering over the surface and seeing the sea stretch for miles like some kind of glass table top… with all the magic underneath.
It was here I felt the Union of Land, Sky and Sea the most. The balance – the Harmony. Right here where we flew – on the horizon… my feet dipping in trailing behind me… making ripples in the Sea behind us… the water so fresh and cooling… to just that part of me. Sea therapy, I called it.
Eventually, we’d let our selves down, fold in our wings and just float on our backs in the middle of the Pacific – deep blue and shining in the Sun like a gigantic sapphire stretched for miles.
We’d lie down on the cool Sea as if it were our bed, and look up at the Sky… in its vastness…
At the clouds passing by…
Why is the Sky blue Om?
After we’d be basking in the grace of it all for a while in silence, my curiosity would get the best of me as I’d interrupt the tranquility for just a moment – to hear your wisdom.
Well… because it reflects the Sea… and the Sea is the majority of the planet Shanti…
And I’d nod… Oh…
Do you feel the Sky can feel what the ocean feels… seeing as it is mirroring the colour of it back to it, maybe the emotions too?
I think so… I think the Sky lets the Sea know about itself… by being a mirror for it to learn and grow.
That’s a beautiful relationship, isn’t it Om?
I think so…
And the Sky feels with the Sea so they are like… the closest friends
You could have…
Indeed… they are One
aren’t they… you said.
Yes… yes, they are…
And maybe the Sky feels more colourful because of the Sea… She gets to be Her and mirror Her back to Her as they share, Sky and Sea.
And land? You ask…
The barrier… so they don’t lose one another… in the other.
They are distinct in their beauty but the best of friends.
Indeed… you say…
I feel the Sea helps us explore our depths… and the Sky helps to elevate us… and the land… holds the balance… like the Masculine in the middle of both Feminine forces that come together… on the horizon.
Where the Sky meets the Sea…
there shall you always find Me…
And at last, together… Forever
We Shall Be…
