Today I would like to share what I recorded from an energy healing meditation session I did with two energy healer friends of mine at the time at their yoga centre in Scarborough.
As we know, time is an illusion. And when we access the present moment, when we are perfectly present in the exact moment we are in, as we are in meditation, the illusion of time dissolves and we realize past, present and future are all happening simultaneously in the now (to understand this concept a little more, watch the movie Arrival (2016) directed by Denis Villeneuve). Therefore, in the present moment, we are able to access past, present, future for both our healing and understanding of our own soul's journey and timeline, because our soul goes beyond time and is also infinite in nature. We are only ever shown what we need to see in that moment, based on the choices we have made, and what we truly need to be aware of for our own healing, as it is our own soul showing us this, if we so choose, within the meditation/healing session itself.
After experiencing my illness (CFS/ME after the onset of the EBV Virus in 2014) for 2.5 years at this point, I was confused, scared and wanted answers, as I continued to work to heal myself. No one on the outside, including doctors, alternative health care professionals, or even the healers had these answers, so I decided to go within. To seek guidance from my soul, from that Divine power within me. The only one who truly had all the answers.
I did such a meditation/healing session on this day, with the help of these energy healers, and was able to access my future self and have a conversation with her, because that was what I needed at the time. This is what my soul blessed me with on that day in 2016. Here is what I wrote of this very profound session I had that truly touched me and drives me forward until this day...

Notes from my talk with my Future Self & Energy Healers (R&D) Session – Nov. 28th, 2016
I saw my future self under an apple tree, reading a book, sitting on a blanket with a picnic basket (or something) of that feeling nearby… she was beautiful. She was so calm, motherly, serene and warm, not to mention glowing with her aura of serenity.
She had 2 children running around in the field with their father, near the shore of the lake. Shiva & Shakti she said the kids were named, (both less than 10 years old) one looked 3 and the other maybe 8. Her husband looked so handsome and rejuvenated, picking up the little one and smiling with him in the air. She told me this was her backyard, and I saw the back of the home, beautiful and quite mansion like. A back patio and terrace, beautiful homely feel of browns and beiges. Window shutters and French doors.
It felt so right.
The first thing she said to me…
Don’t worry, everything will work itself out. Other details I remember… questions she answered, others she smiled and allowed me to find out on my own as my life unfolds. Here are the details I’d like to record…
- She is 38 years old in this future self time
- Wouldn’t say which country but she smiled. Sounds like it’ll be an interesting time to figure out
- I will be married at 27 years old (Feb 7th, 2020 addition – this did actually happen given the events with my soulmate at the time and consequently sindoor appearing in my wallet on its own March, 2019)
- This time of transformation where I live each day as it comes one at a time and there are ups & downs and I am transforming, will be over when I am 28 years old in 2019
- She has a successful business… a yoga studio. She works with children and helps them open their minds and embrace their selves. She said she does yoga, meditation and a lot of things in there that people on the outside wouldn’t imagine.
But it is going well, people do come… it is successful.
- She loves to read! (yes!!!)
But only what she truly wants to read, from her heart. Not because she wants to escape/bored but because she wants to.
- Yes, she has written the Book. I asked her if I have started it, “The Book of Transformation” I began 2 days before, after watching Jess tell Rory to write a book in Gilmore Girls. She just smiled, she said allow it to be what it will, it is blooming… she said, right now, I am living it. That is comforting. She said it is very incredible and a most amazing work. She said it will come from here, and she pointed to my heart, “That’s how you’ll know that’s it.”
- I asked her if she regretted this time I’m in now. She said no, because she wouldn’t be the person she is today without it.
- I asked her if she is healthy and she said yes, and I nearly cried in her arms as a relief. She said there will never be any health issue from this time, there is no health issue and they will never find one. I am healthy. She felt my stomach, knowing the bloating that bothers me, and she said all of this will go away – that the cold sores, these minor symptoms of my transformation will go. There is no hidden health problem. And she is healthy… so beautiful and healthy.
- When she was hugging me I told her, she reminds me of my Mom. She smiled & said that’s the best compliment I could ever give her.
- She said Mom is well, everything worked out for her too. She is happy, she is with her husband and they are happily living their lives together.
- I asked if things are better with my family and she smiled a warm smile and said yes, because of all you are doing now.
- I asked her how she got through this time of transformation (which she reassured me will end) she said… gratitude and being in the moment here & now each + every single day, accepting it and being with it as it is. – Shakti :)
She said yes, it will be like this:
Yes, it may have its ups and downs, but each and every single day, I am moving forward. It is moving up, and I am transforming. In order to do what I have come here to do, during and after.
This is my preparation.
And in shifting myself, I am helping to shift the world.
- Less than 10 people on the planet are doing what I am doing.
Later on, after working through releasing the energetic roots of the EBV virus, with the energy healer’s help, in a meditative state, this is what I said…
This is the time I have taken for my transformation. To fulfill my bond to the Divine. I chose to do this, and I am doing so. It will be over when I am 28 years old, in 2019. It is what I must do to achieve what I came here for. Why I came. I promised I would help the Divine, that is what I am doing.
When I asked what I’m supposed to do from now until then, the response from my soul…
Have gratitude. For each & every single moment. Be present in your life and be there as it unfolds.
And above all, know that what you are doing is helping the entire Universe.
Later, I saw an apple tree in my mind and realized this time isn’t just an empty void, it is filled with me learning from my soul, me coming into my power, me learning the wisdom of my soul. That is what I am doing in this time as well. In this, my Divine transformation.
One of the healers (D) shared the guidance he received after doing the session with me:
I am very aligned to the planet, so much so he hasn’t seen before. He feels by 2018 I will be ok… 2 more years, this being the 3rd. He said I am learning, just like going to University it is the same, this is my program from my soul. He said I am doing all the right things, doing everything I need to do, in exactly where I should be.
I am doing amazing.
Yes, this will be a quiet 2 years for me but I will be supported and comfortable. And when it’s over, I will progress very quickly and with ease.
The guidance the other healer (R) shared with me:
You are doing all the right things. Self care, a lot of self nurturing. Baths, Epsom salts to nourish my cells, now the EBV Virus is gone. Water gives me information, helps me to reset my nervous system. Water is very healing for me.
Know that everything is going to be ok.
